UPOG was shipped to the facility of PJSC NK ROSNEFT

ROG-Engineering LLC (part of PJSC Evropeyskaya Elektrotekhniсa) has shipped a vertical gas pre-extraction device (UPOG) to the ROSNEFT Oil Company facility in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

The purpose is to select free gas released from the production of oil wells. UPOG is installed in front of separators, pipe end phase dividers, at the inlet of booster pumping stations, pre-discharge water installations, and oil treatment plants.

Working pressure — 1.6 MPa

Gas factor — from 100 to 400 m3/m3

Working environment — Oil well products

Service life — 20 years

Nominal diameter — 1200 mm

With a vertical gas extraction device.

The size and volume of the UPOG are determined depending on the specified productivity, physico-chemical properties and gas content of the oil.

The UPOG delivery package is of maximum factory readiness with metal structures for service platforms and automation systems.

UPOG is transported to the place of operation in parts and has maximum factory readiness and does not exceed transport dimensions.

At the place of operation, the UPOG is assembled from parts into a single product.
